What if I can’t get the clock to run after I have fitted the Clocks4Classics kit?

Our instructions include a detailed troubleshooting flowchart for you to work through and we are happy to provide email support. If you continue to experience difficulties you can send your clock to us for overhaul and you will only be charged the difference in cost between the repair kit and overhaul service plus the cost of any parts that may need to be replaced.

In practice very few of our kit customers have needed to return their clocks to us and we have found this has usually been due to a broken part within their clock movement, unrelated to how they have fitted the repair kit.
