Dispatch and Shipping We will normally dispatch your kit within 2 working days of receiving an order. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. International orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked and Signed for service.

VAT and Customs duty We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT on our products or services. In some cases (e.g. within the EU) you may be charged VAT on incoming goods in which case you will need to pay this directly to your customs office or postal service who may also charge an administration fee.

Kits dispatched to locations outside the UK are sent with a "CN22" customs label declaring the value of the goods. Our experience is that our kits often do not attract any customs duty but If duty is charged then you will be liable for this cost. Kits dispatched to the EU are not subject to customs duty but will be liable for VAT.
