Corona Virus - Open for business
We have remained open for business during the Corona Virus outbreak and are still able to supply repair kits and clock overhauls and offer help and advice by email.
Repair Kit Deliveries:
Repair kits will be sent using standard 1st Class mail for UK deliveries and International tracked mail for deliveries outside the UK. Please be aware that mail is generally taking longer to arrive at the moment and some international deliveries have taken over 4 weeks to arrive - please bear with us on this as it is outside our control. If you require courier delivery contact us and we will quote for this.
Return of Overhauled Clocks
Completed clocks will be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK deliveries.
For international deliveries we normally use the Royal Mail International Tracked service, however, this since the Corona Virus outbreak this has sometimes been slow and so we also now offer courier delivery - please ask for details when you send your clock for overhaul.
